How do I wash my wig?
Before your first installation. Co-washing your wig is key! We recommend that you air dry on a wig stand.
How to measure your Head Circumference?
Wigs come in a range of different sizes and it’s important to take accurate head measurements to ensure you’re buying the correct size for you. A wig should feel as secure and comfortable as possible and getting the correct measurements can help to achieve this.
When ordering from Eugenze Hair, only the circumference measurements are required. You can filter your search by wig ‘Cap Size’ with the required measurements listed.
Before you begin, grab a flexible measuring tape to make the process easier.
Firstly, push back the hair so there’s no added length or volume. Place the tape measure in the middle of your natural hairline, facing either way, and begin running the tape all the way behind the ear right down to the nape of your neck and then back around to the starting point, again, going behind the ear.
Take the measurement twice to ensure you get the same results both times.
The average circumference cap size is between 54cm – 57cm. Anything over 57cm is considered a large size and anything under 54cm is a petite size. When browsing the wigs in our online store you’ll find the different sizes are displayed in the filter menu, enabling you to view all the wigs in your size.
And don’t worry if your head circumference measures in between the average sizes, at the back of each wig there are adjustment tabs to ensure a perfect fit.
Daily care
If you are used to hot styling tools, make sure to apply heat protector and prefer thermal styling tools.
To maintain the colour, we recommend colour safe shampoos and matching conditionners.
How to prolong your lace's lifespan?
Keep it on a mannequin head or wig stand.
Prefer cold water to hot water and avoid salt water and chlorine as much as possible.
Will I be responsible for bringing a model to the 1:1 class?
Please feel free to bring your own model and in the event that you can’t find on. Eugenze will find you one
Is hair included?
Hair is not included with the tuition fee.
How long are the masterclasses?
They usually last 3 days

What hair and equipment will I need to provide?
Below we have allocated what is needed for each day:
Day 1: 2 Bundles of hair and a frontal for the wig you will make and practice on. (Leaving with it).
Day 2: You will need a full lace wig to practice on.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
Yes except custom orders and colour wigs(custom length, density , size, style, colour or any change requested).
Please email us within 24hrs to cancel your order. All cancellations are charged a 10% cancellation fee. If the wig has been shipped already, there is a 20% restock fee.
Can I return my wig?
Yes we offer refund or exchange except for custom orders and colour wigs(custom length, density , style , size, colour or any change requested) are non refundable.
All other non-customised wigs have a 2 days return policy from the day it was delivered. Wigs must be returned in the original state.The buyer is liable for shipping fee back and must take reasonable care of the wigs they wish to return. The buyer will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.If sending back internationally, buyer must clearly state on the invoice that the wig is a “returning wig”. There is a 20% fee charge for restocking returns.
For the purpose of hygiene, we request that the buyer wears a wig cap when trying on a purchased wig. Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange or refund. This includes but is not limited to:
The wig must not be coloured, styled, bleached, washed, brushed or combed.
The wig must not have been worn. The wig must not be in contact with any food smells, smoke, hair spray or perfume.
Additionally, in any case you receive a faulty product, we guarantee a refund or exchange of the unit/product. Please contact our customer service team at in**@eu*********.com
so we can advise on how to return the unit back to us.
What if I am not happy with my order?
At Eugenze hair we value you and your feedback and we really do care about making you happy with your purchase. If you aren’t happy with your wig, please contact us and we will try our best to ensure that we resolve the matter for.
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) working days following your receipt of the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
Please note this does not apply to custom wigs and colour wigs. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my address?
Due to buyers protection policy, we are unable to change delivery address. If we have to cancel your order as a result, there is a 10% fee charge for this.
